WARWICK, RI- Recently, the Foot and Ankle Institute of New England welcomed Arun Karwal, DPM to their practice. Karwal is added to the roster of well-respected foot and ankle specialists who include: Robert E. Gallucci, DPM, Stephen J. Rogers, DPM, and Jonathan G. Sabourin, DPM.
Karwal recently completed his residency at the Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island in Pawtucket. While at the teaching affiliate of the Brown University College of Medicine, Karwal served as Chief Resident and completed responsibilities such as: performing foot and ankle surgeries, facilitating educational meetings, and supervising junior residents and students.
“I am deeply committed to providing all aspects of foot and ankle care. My interests include: diabetic/limb salvage, trauma/reconstructive foot & ankle surgery and sports medicine. I am excited for the opportunity to serve the diverse patient population of New England.”
By adding Karwal, the Foot and Ankle Institute now has four specialists that can treat their patients at their three locations in Warwick, RI, Middletown, RI, and Fall River, Mass. Their doctors are all members of the American Podiatric Association and are board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
